During your first few days with CRGT, you will participate in an orientation that includes an overview of benefits and company policies and procedures. A welcome lunch and a formal introduction to other staff members follow this. In the subsequent days, your manager will provide guidance and direction to get you started in your new position.

The consulting managers and directors work with the sales team to determine the resources available for a project. They select the resources primarily on the basis of two things: (1) a specific skill set (like business process redesign, packaged software implementation experience, or systems integration); and (2) level of expertise and experience (like applications developer, project lead or manager, or systems integration specialist). The client may also require an interview before accepting the consultant. As we provide services to clients nationwide, our consultants are required to do overnight travel. CRGT reimburses the consultant for expenses incurred in conjunction with an assignment. The policy regarding expenses is included in the agreement with the client.
