Acuent Continues to Expand its Federal Business Focus
PARSIPPANY, NJ - November 21, 2002 ... Acuent Inc., a full-service systems integrator, today announced that it is partnering with Northrop Grumman Information Technology (IT) on Phase One of a contract to provide a fully integrated personnel and pay capability for all military branches of the Department of Defense. The contract is valued at $1 million for the next three months to Northrop Grumman IT.
This program, the Defense Integrated Military Human Resources System (DIMHRS), will enhance personnel management mission support by eliminating or reducing data collection burdens, solve operational problems, conserve resources, improve delivery services and enhance readiness. In this initial phase, Northrop Grumman IT will develop system specifications, risk reduction plans and architectural designs.

Work with Northrop Grumman IT on the Department of Defense contract will be performed in New Orleans, La., and Washington, D.C.
