20th Anniversary Year Marked by New Name, Expanding Services
PARSIPPANY, NJ, December 16, 2002 - Acuent Inc., a full-service systems integrator, today announced that it will change its name to CherryRoad Technologies Inc. in January, 2003. Because the systems integration marketplace has grown to include several similarly named players, Acuent is taking this step to clearly distinguish itself from the rest of the field and to emphasize its position as a full-service, project-based systems integrator.
CherryRoad Technologies will continue to provide a comprehensive range of systems integration services for Fortune 1000 companies, the public sector and institutions of higher education. As it enters its 20th anniversary year in 2003, CherryRoad Technologies will continue to introduce new initiatives that benefit customers and prospects.

The new name, which will help to differentiate the company from the competition, is derived from the Cherry Hill Road address of corporate headquarters in Parsippany, NJ.
