For example, CRGT provides development and support services for the Defense Integrated Military Human Resources System (DIMHRS). This personnel and pay system for all active and reserve military branches of the DoD will ultimately be the world’s largest Human Resources and Payroll system and one of the largest and most complex enterprise resource planning (ERP) software implementations ever conducted. In fact, it will perform personnel and pay processes for 3.1 million service members. DIMHRS will foster fundamental changes in the way DoD conducts personnel and pay business – serving as the transformational lynchpin for military human resource management.
CRGT has a long and successful history of providing ERP implementations and related services to a wide variety of clients. For DIMHRS, we’re providing functional expertise in the area of Global Payroll requirements analysis in addition to subject matter expertise for Air Force legacy systems. We’re also providing software architecture technical support, PeopleSoft software implementation and integration support, and legacy system interface conversion and development. CRGT is provided our services to the DIMHRS program as a subcontractor to Northrop Grumman’s Information Technology (IT) sector. Previously, we partnered with Northrop Grumman’s IT sector on Phase One of the DIMHRS program, which involved developing system specifications, risk reduction plans, architectural designs, and a plan for the actual system implementation.
